Booking Terms & Conditions

PARTICIPANTS

All participants must wear closed-toe shoes and shirts. Clean and dry clothing is required; wet clothes are not permitted.

AGE & IDENTIFICATION

LumberJack's is a 13+ facility. Guests wishing to purchase alcohol must be 21 years or older and present valid photo identification.

WAIVER

All participants must read and sign a Release of Liability form before participating.

PAYMENT

• Standard & Premium Experiences: Payments can be made in full or with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• Balance: Due at the time of the event.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your booking.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are not allowed. All consumables must be purchased on-site. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol, and valid ID is required.

CANCELLATIONS

• Standard & Large Group Bookings: Require a one-week cancellation notice. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation notice is met.

DOWNSIZING EVENTS

Notification of fewer participants than originally booked requires at least 48 hours' notice. Charges will be based on the original booking without proper notice.

LANE CAPACITY & SAFETY

Each lane accommodates up to 6 guests. We reserve the right to adjust lane capacity based on safety needs. Capacity may vary during open throwing, leagues, or competitions.

CONDUCT

• Intoxication is not permitted. Guests must control themselves at all times.
• All guests must follow the rules for their safety and the safety of others. Failure to comply may result in ejection without refund.

AXE HANDLING

• Axes must not be removed from their assigned lane.
• Only one axe and one thrower allowed in the throwing lane at any time.
• No swinging or gesturing with the axe. Axe flipping is strictly prohibited.

SPECTATORS

Spectators are not permitted to throw or handle axes.

MANAGEMENT'S DISCRETION

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify rules, and ensure compliance for the safety and enjoyment of all.
